Although the numbers rafting winds its way through an awesome high alpine setting, you’ll probably be too busy paddling to even notice! This section is narrow, rocky, and technical with relentless drops and continuous Colorado whitewater! This is where it all begins, the headwaters of the Arkansas River! Thrill seekers beware; the Numbers is a physically demanding paddle adventure, not a trip for the faint hearted. Numbers rafting trips depart from our Johnson Village office, 2 miles south of Buena Vista.

Then catch your breath as you enjoy a gourmet riverside lunch at our family-friendly beer garden, and finish up the day by taking on the challenging whitewater rapids of The Numbers (Our Royal Gorge rafting full day follows a similar progression.)
